Hi, I am Allison Drechny

Front-end Developer, based in Illinois

As someone with a Bachelors and Masters degree in psychology, I never imagined that I would or could enjoy coding. Math was always my least favorite subject, and I assumed coding would involve lots of complex math problems. I was completely wrong and I am so glad I gave coding a chance. I first became interested in coding when my current job as an IT recruiter exposed me to all the different types of technology jobs that are out there. I decided to try out front-end development and I have really enjoyed learning these new skills. I'm looking forward to practicing and enhancing my skills, and seeing where coding can take me.
